My Short Bio

I am based in the Library Science at the Diponegoro University, Semarang. My research has focused on the ways people experience information to learn as students, as professionals, and as people in their everyday life.  I have graduated from Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia for my Master and doctoral degree. My P.hD. research was about the Information Literacy of Researchers who have experienced Open Access. Some of my subjects at Diponegoro University include Information Communication, Information Management, and Research Methods

I have more than ten years experience as an academic librarian. I have different roles during the past twelve years in libraries. I was supporting teachers and students when I was a Teacher Librarian in Sekolah Ciputra, Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. Following that, I was an Information and Resources Officer at the Indonesia Australia Language Foundation (IALF).
